I specifically chose this version because it is mains powered — I have a lot of glass to cover and didn’t want to keep stopping mid-clean to recharge a battery. I already own other Ecovacs products (a Deebot T20 and the 0800 RTK robotic mower), so I had some confidence in the brand before trying the Winbot, and it hasn’t disappointed. Overall Despite minor quirks, this really does what it promises: my windows are now clean in places I could never reach before. It’s not the cheapest solution, but for hard-to-access glass it’s a genuinely useful tool that saves both time and effort.

This item is easy to use. Ecovac app have all the features needed for optimum use. This robot vacuum cleans all the surface with ease, lot of features and options to optimize to need.

No sirve el cargador, no hace ninguna carga

Worked well for 4 months then the mopping function stopped, so Ecovac sent me another one. Then the new one also stopped working not long after with the same problem and then they sent me a third one. So this one ALSO died and now it's been more than one year so the warranty is expired and i'm stuck with a not working 1000$ robot vaccuum/mop. Really wish I gotten another brand.
