Like the possibility of aligning the tendons and bones correctly to hopefully improve balance.The big toe separator does not seem wide enough to align the big toe correctly,my friends have tried my pair and agree with this comment.Maybe the separator should be wider than the others.Good quality.I found them easy to adapt to and wear them every evening and all evening.

Caused pain on the top of foot after a few hours on.

Good, but will have to acclimatise to them.The separators are quite thick and my toes are very close.Will build-up to overnight use.
