There is perforation between the 2 sections so you can tear off your grocery list and take it to the store with you while your meal plans stay attached. Love it! I didn’t think I would like the categories on the grocery list part, but honestly the organization is growing on me. We are a typical family that cooks 6 times a week and maybe eats out once. This will help with my weekly shopping. My favorite part is the days are different colors :) I took off one star as the notepad that I was sent had some writing on it, as if someone used it and returned it. Most of the writing on this page is mine but the part that says ham, eggs wasn’t mine. However, I wasn’t going to let a page go to waste. The person who packaged this just needs to be more aware. Who knows how many pages were used.

The perfect planner for meal prep and grocery shopping! Arrived on time. Has lots of space to write and plenty of sheets. Has magnets on the back, so I stick it to my refridgerator. Paper can be torn down the middle so you don’t have to take the whole sheet to the grocery store, just your grocery list. Definitely worth the buy and will be buying more!! If you’re an organized, planning type of person, this is the planner for you!!

I’m on my second order of this. I love planning my menu out for the week. I love the grocery list that is detachable from the menu so you can make your list while your meal planning then take the list with you to the store. I like the colors on it I like the fonts It’s perfect for me!! The back is magnetic so you can hang it on the fridge for convenience however I just keep mine on a clipboard

Great menu and shopping list. Magnets stick well.to the fridge. Would be better if it came with a pen and holder as some others do. But a really awesome product none the less

Works great, this product fixes having shopping lists/meal planners everywhere and still getting asked "what's for dinner", especially because you can take the shopping list off without removing the meal planner so you can plan a week ahead easily.
