Love these!! They have been a LIFESAVER helping my mom's knees (she has bone on bone in both knees), but she gets much relief from these! They do warm a bit, and have an odor from the wormwood, but works amazing amd helps with pain within half an hour. Our whole family uses them!

These have worked very well for me, I like them. I have tried a couple of different brands, these are very good. They do stick very well, and for people that complain about smell - realize you are buying herbs, far better for your health than medicine with side effects. The smell is just fine and normal. Also once you take off the patch, shower and the smell is gone. It's also not a bad smell at all, it smells like herbs. I can wear these for longer than some other brands, which lets me get more movement. I like them a lot.

I tried these patches on my very painful arthritic shoulders at bedtime, but I can’t say that I really felt any relief. Given where I placed them, I also had to put up with the strong medicinal smell coming off them. My shoulders are bad enough that I need replacements, so maybe I expected too much from these. But my husband has been using them for neuropathy in his feet, and he thinks that he’s sleeping better as a result. His only criticism is that the patches came off in the night (I didn’t have that problem when I put them on my shoulders, though; it might depend on how much you move in your sleep). They are worth a try!

These packs come with 40 pieces. They’re grouped in 10 and packaged separately in the box, which is good because these are potent. The package has no smell, but once you open up one of the inner packets there is a strong and potent aroma of natural herbs and medicinal elements. For years my family has ried on a Chinese product called shire flower whenever we have sore body parts. This smelled exactly of that so I could tell I could trust it to work with its pain relief. The adhesive is strong, which is important because knees flex and move of course, so I know the patches won’t slip or move. The big patches cover the entire sore part of my knee, and give me relief over the areas that hurt often. Definitely recommended trying these.

I have used this product for a couple of years. It did help with the knee pain but, it has stained my knees. I am hoping that will go away on its own.

These are so effective I wear them all over my body, not just my knees! Perfect for shoulders, low back and under the bra strap, because no matter how you move... it stays in place!! What are your issues with pain patches? Doesn't stick?- these have a strong adhesive grip! Can't feel the relief?-probably not so much the first hour. But the longer you wear it the more I tense the heat and the pain relief Comes off when wet?- You're going to wish it did! Stays on even when wet or if you are sweating! Added moisture makes it more intense. Does it stop working when you take it off? - nope! And if you doubt this just hop into a warm bath or shower! It's hotter!

This stuff is great keeps the knee together the pain but after using it to your straight, it caused a rash on my knee. Took four months to get rid of the rash my fault.

These pads are really effective. However, using them in the tropics may cause some skin sensitivity e.g. burning sensation. In addition, the adhesive doesn't perform so well in hot climate. However, the adhesive is really effective in temperate climate conditions.

I was surprised how well these worked. I put one on after a long day and the warming relief kicked in fast without feeling too strong. It stayed in place, lasted the whole evening, and actually eased the pressure in my knee more than I expected. Super easy to use and way better than constantly reaching for pain cream. Great value for the pack size too.

The patches do give some good relief on the knees. I use it there mainly. I also tried it on my neck like it said you could. That was a pretty intense feeling. I only lasted 2-3 hours. It was uncomfortable peeling it off. While the scent is pleasant, it is very strong. It is fine on my knees but I make sure to wash my hands after putting it on. For the relief I do get on my knees, I do recommend it.
