This juicer works great. It juices so thoroughly that 2 large navel oranges produce 2 cups of juice. If the orange halves are too large to allow the top to snap on, just press down on the top with your hand as it juices and it works perfectly. Easy to clean, and is not noisy at all.

I use this every morning. Love fresh orange juice without all the added sugar. Easy to use. Squeezes every bit of juice from oranges. No pulp in juice. Catches it in the strainer.

I've only had this juicer for about a week, so I can't speak to its longevity, but I can say that so far it has been an excellent juicer. Before purchasing I looked at reviews for this one and the rechargeable one just like it and chose this one because the video review showed this one being exponetially quieter than the rechargeable one. Can confirm this juicer is QUIET! And it extracts every last drop of juice from lemons, limes, tangelos, small grapefruit... The only thing I wish was better is the diameter limitation for citrus is ~3 inches. Would be nice if that was larger. I also found when juicing the small grapefruit that you will need to clean the strainer in between each half due to the amount of pulp it captures. Seems this item wasn't really made for larger fruits. I bought it to mostly juice lemons and limes, so that's not a problem for me.

The juice chute door was bent. Would not seal. Was leaking juice all over the place. Even pushing it shut didn’t work. As soon as it started to juice the door would come open and leaking. Has to tip it over to get juice out of the bottom.

The media could not be loaded. I just got this yesterday. I am extremely pleased with the machine. It extracts all of the juice and contains the pulp in the pulp basket. It’s very quiet and does the exact job that I wanted it to. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a hands-free juicer!
