I can’t tell you how much I love the look and quality of this, but all the previous reviewers were absolutely correct. The globe needs at least a dozen more holes since the coal and items being burned are not getting enough oxygen. It’s a shame, but it still makes for lovely table decor.

So I love / hate this thing. It’s a really lovely addition to my or any room and it’s a sturdy and large piece of carved stone. Very handsome. But it doesn’t matter how many varieties of incense I try, or methods of burning / arranging the incense inside the bowl, after a few minutes with the cover on, the incense gets extinguished, I’m assuming from lack of air and because the interior space is pretty large and smoke collects inside and exits slowly. I want to love it but I find myself wasting incense.

First one broke in shipping. It was replaced quickly. It's very nice and looks good in my kitchen.

Love the function and the form! When not in use I just leave it out on a coffee table book because it is so pretty. Have received many compliments on it ( even when people don’t know what it is😂).
