Very good double bell stethoscope with dual tubes for auscultation. It is also a full size instrument, with replacement parts if needed. Arm bladder is also full size for average size people and children. Aneroid dial can be mounted on bladder or held. It was accurate when compared to another device. The quality device should last many years.

Very good and accurate product. Reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is with the tubing on the stethoscope. The tubing is stiff. It works fine but it would be nice if it were a bit more flexible.

I am comforted in knowing that even if there is no power I do not have to worry about charging the device, It was easy to calibrate and put together and am thinking about buying 2 more so I have 1 in my Emergency bug out bag and my upstairs med kit.As long as you know how to read the Systolic/ Diastolic readings that are easy to read on the gauge and understand the norms of blood pressure you should be well served by this equipment in any situation. I encourage anyone getting this to take a basic class on how to take blood pressure and read the gauge as I did in my 20's you never know when this skill will help you or someone else and perhaps save yours or someone else's live.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The one I got works perfectly and is completely repeatable. No issues with any part of item, and quality is much better than the one I bought from CVS and threw into the trash.I was not sent the color advertised, but I really didn't care what color I got.
