Let me start off with saying that I forgot to mark the birthstone that was supposed to go into the necklace. I got an email from Ellen asking me what the gem was supposed to be. I told her, and everything is correct. I got this necklace for a beloved pet who passed away. The engraving is perfect as well. I highly recommend if u want something of beauty and a keepsake. I got this in less time than I expected as well. I will order from these guys again when the time arises. Great customer service and a great product! ^.^
