High quality product/company
I love all products from Evlution Nutrition--they are all spot on and work well for me. Omega 3 Fish oil is no different. The caps, though large looking, are easy to swallow, and do not cause any fishy burps afterwards. There is no flavor to them, which makes it easy to take down also. I have only been on them a week, but have noticed a general decline in my inflammation, as evidenced by less soreness the day after workouts (nothing else with diet/exercise has changed). Not as good as ibuprofen, but if kept up over time, will work out better (and easier on the liver!).

Good product!
So far I really like this supplement. Easy to swallow gell cap, without a lot of fishy burps although everyone is different. If I take it with a drink or food I usually have no after taste or burps. I feel like the product works well as I've had less joint pain since starting on this. And less mgraines to for some reason. Anyone who is looking for a quality fish oil this is it!

Ich kann nichts was aus dem Meer kommt essen, mir wird sofort übel und ich muss mich den ganzen Tag übergeben. Allerdings ist Omega 3 aus Fisch sehr wichtig und weshalb ich verschiedene Magensaft resistente kapseln ausprobiert habe. Die dr loges aus der Apotheke sind mir zu teuer aber ansonsten gut verträglich. Die von optimum nutriton sind sehr günstig zu bekommen, verursachen bei mir aber trotz angeblicher Magensaft resistenter Beschichtung ein sehr unangenehmen aufstoß mit einem ekelhaftem Geschmack. Noch dazu kommt das sie sehr niedrigen epa dha Gehalt haben und ich viele dieser nehmen müsste. Nun aber zu diesen hier. Sie haben einen sehr hohen epa DHA Gehalt pro Kapsel. Die kapseln sind auch verhältnismäßig groß , lassen sich aber noch gut schlucken. Von diesen Kapsel reichen mir 2 bis 3 am Tag aus. Trotz Magensaft Resistenz bekomme ich auch hier ein aufstoßen,das unangenehm schmeckt weshalb ich immer nur 1 Kapsel nehme. Der Geschmack ist sehr leicht und lässt sich aushalten und mir wird nicht übel. Den Zitronen Geschmack suche ich allerdings vergebens. Alles in allem sind diese Kapseln für mich momentan das beste was man zu diesem Preis bekommen kann.
