This is not a professional quality machine but for small business use, say a few times per week, I could see this product lasting for years. It is well built and looks good. Importantly, it works really well giving great looking results and it warms up quickly too. All in all a great buy.

We already have one of these and it's been working great for years, but this one is chewing and swallowing paper and not working as it should. How do I return it when it's one day past it's return window but it's faulty??

Probably the best laminator I have ever used. I was quite skeptic on paying so much for it but worth every penny. Looks sleeks, heats up in no time & laminates quite quickly. The only thing is to select the correct micron button for the pouch if your not paying attention. Other than that it’s a great a machine but I’m only giving it a 4 star due to the packaging & the condition it came in. You pay for the selling price & prime only for it to come like it’s been thrown down the stairs but machine is working fine so far

I have purchased 3 of these laminators now, and the only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the first one I received. It works like a dream. So I decided to order another one to get even more work done in a shorter amount of time. Except when it arrived all it did was waste me materials because it basically burnt the laminating sheets. No matter which setting it was on, it would warp the lamination and make it all wavy. I use these for my small business so it’s not like I can just ignore all the creases and bends when I know it can laminate beautifully. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the second one and asked for a replacement- it came quickly but once again I have the exact same problem. So out of 3 laminators, only 1 is in working condition because the lamination produced by the remaining 2 is too poor to use. It’s so frustrating because the first one is so good but I’m not risking more time, money, energy and sanity being wasted on something that will most likely arrive faulty at this point

Heats and runs quicker than I can put pages into sleeves. Cut an hour of laminating down to about 30 minutes from turning it on to finishing the last page.

Purchased to replace a cheapo unit that did nothing but chew up and destroy my work. So far this GBC machine has performed perfectly and faultlessly, so far so good time will tell how durable it is but for now 5 stars from me.
