Not usually a fan of ‘diet’ or lower calorie sauces as they can be super thin and a bit yuck but this is divine. Amazing added to yogurt, coffee, as an ice cream topping or even to flavour/sweeten an ice cream recipe. I bulk buy so I don’t run out!

Berry berry nice
I have tried a few of the sweet freedom items and I have always been impressed with the flavour, these raspberry ones are no exception. Very very nice in a cake or even a drink. Lovely!

This syrup is delicious! Not too sweet but lovely over some fruit & fat free yoghurt. It reminds me of the strawberry jelly in strawberry tarts, even though it's raspberry. If you are slimming it's half a syn per teaspoon. Love it!!
