Mid 30s never did this before and am a heavy smoker & coffee/tea drinker. Product is amazing.
Okay, I've bought a lot of items on Amazon but I never review. Given the importance and potential danger of this particular product I decided to write one. I have been using this for 3 days. 2 times a day for 30 mins a time. This isn't a one size fits all product but this is how I been doing it to great results. Amazing results actually. I was nervous and skeptical. The following is my instructions and experience: Step one, brush your teeth and floss. Step two, dry your teeth. I use a cloth then make sure to not close my mouth so they stay dry. Step three, application: DO NOT PUT THIS STUFF DIRECTLY IN THE TRAY. SERIOUSLY. DON'T. You won't get anything from it other then extreme pain and waste. (Thankfully I knew this already though.) Gums don't grow back and if you've ever seen anyone "long in the tooth" that's what you could become if you're not careful. What you do is take little teenie tiny droplets (a tiny bit goes a long way) from the syringe and paint your teeth with a Q-tip or paintbrush being very careful to not touch any of the gums. Get close to the mirror , concentrate and take your time doing this. Keep your mouth open and teeth exposed during this. I am not doing both rows at a time. My bottom row is more sensitive then top and really don't see the bottom teeth when smiling anyways. Also it's much easier to do a row at a time. Step 4, put on guard. Do it for a little bit first time to gauge how sensitive you are. Like 5 mins. Then take it off and wait a hour or so. If feeling okay then redo and go for 15. If feeling fine after that redo and go for 30. I personally wouldn't advise doing more then 2 30 min sessions a day. This stuff is super duper strong and dangerous. Honestly I'm very surprised that it's even legal to buy over the counter. Step 5, SET A TIMER. (use your phone or something but for real use a timer.) Step 6, Stick the light thing in your mouth. It prolly doesn't do anything because real dentist lights are costly and hit a higher range of spectrum but use it anyways just to look silly if you have it. It's part of the experience lol. *Don't swallow. If your spit builds up too bad in your mouth go spit and then put the light thingy back in. (This type of peroxide is loosely linked to cancer so best to not eat it if possible.) When time goes off remove tray and gargle with some water. Keep a glass by the sink to be prepared. Then brush lightly (teeth and gums will prolly be a little sensitive so don't push the brush too hard) with a good toothpase that promotes enamel health. (I use Crest pro enamel. Seems to rejuvenate using it before and after the bleaching sessions. I must of increased 8 shades in 3 days multiple applications per day so it totally works great but do be careful. Plan on doing it for another couple days Know your limits here and patience is virtue. I've only used half of one tube so far. Way more product then you will ever need so maybe get extra guards and share with friends and family. Your teeth are weaker during this time. They can also regress quickly during this time. What I've been doing is using the guard on top row when I smoke to keep it off them. Also trying to avoid coffee/tea but drinking coffee/tea with a straw and the guard in for each sip. (total coffee and tea addict here) 7 days after your last bleaching session you can go back to normal routine. Just brush a bunch while waiting those 7 days and use some fluoride mouthwash too. Maybe that blue remineralization gel. Whatever just hit them buggers with a ton of nutrients so they get their strength back and don't regress. If you follow these directions you will have results. They may not be the most dramatic and trust me you're never going to look like TV people and magazines cause thats nothing but a parade of veneers and photoshop but you will lighten up considerably. Just be patient and good luck!~ ^^

Definitely NOT 44%. This is my unbiased review.
I can honestly say after buying this that I'm not quite so sure that it's 44% Carbomide Peroxide. Let me explain why. About a year ago, I bought 44% Carbomide Peroxide off of Amazon. I bought this from a different seller at the time. That stuff was absolutely legit! If any of the gel got onto my gums, I knew it within a matter of minutes. My gums were bleached white, and the zingers were there. I have fairly non-sensitive teeth, so I would leave that gel on for 45 minutes at a time. I got amazing results with this! In a matter of a week (with 45 minute treatments) my teeth had completely brightened to "Hollywood status white". Unfortunately, I have a crown on my front tooth which meant that my surrounding teeth were outrageously bleached, and the crown remained (dingy in comparison). Therefore I went into the dentist to have a new crown put on to match my newly whitened teeth. My dentist informed me that I had amazing results, and the crown would have to be special ordered due to them not keeping that shade in house. He even showed me a chart and said that there were three unnaturally white shades that they could order to try and match the crown to my surrounding teeth. I wasn't the absolute brightest, but I was one step off. Regardless, let's fast-forward to this order. I ordered this because after having my crown replaced, My surrounding teeth started to fade after 12 months of daily coffee's, tea's, and other foods that didn't really help. This was only a problem because my crown, (which obviously won't change color), remained a bright pearly white. This time my surrounding teeth began to look dingy in comparison to my crown. My solution was to order another set of 44% Carbomide Peroxide, with the hope of getting the same results as before. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE FIRST SELLER I PURCHASED FROM ORIGINALLY, so I went with "Cool Teeth Whitening" version of 44% Carbomide Peroxide. *Enter this product* I started using this product expecting to get the same results. The first 2 nights I was left expecting more. I put an ample amount into my custom trays (made at my dentist office), and didn't notice any immediate results like I had with my first experience. Due to this, I decided to do 1 hour treatments instead of 45 minute ones, and I gave it 3 more days using the same amount. After 5 days with very little results and NO SENSITIVITY WHATSOEVER, I decided to really put too much on. I put enough onto my trays that when looking into the mirror I could see it overflowing out of my tray and onto my gums. Despite having the gel sitting on my gums for an hour, they did NOT get bleached whatsoever. I also did NOT get zingers. After trying this method, the only thing stopping me from fighting to get my money back, was the fact that I could vaguely notice my teeth were actually starting to whiten. The next night I decided to really put this product to the test. I did a one hour treatment, emptied and cleaned the tray only to refill the tray and do another treatment. In all, I did 5 hours worth of 1 hour treatments and ONLY THEN did I notice decent results. NO BLEACHED GUMS AFTER 5 STRAIGHT TREATMENTS. NO ZINGERS EITHER. The beautiful thing about having a crown in the front of my mouth, is that I know exactly what shade I'm trying to match. I know what shade I was capable of reaching, and this made it easy to know what results I should expect. I don't recommend anyone try 5 1-hour treatments with a real version of 44% Carbomide Peroxide. This is worth mentioning because there is no possible way that I could have done this with the first set of gel that I ordered a year ago. Just the though of sitting through 5 1-hour treatments with that solution back to back sounds like torture. I'm in no way claiming this product doesn't work. It just doesn't work nearly as well as the first 44% Carbomide Peroxide I ordered. Not even half-way as well as the first. Only possible solution I can think of, is that that either the first set I ordered were over concentrated, OR these were under concentrated. I've only ever used one other 44% Carbomide Peroxide, so I am unsure which was truly 44%. What I can tell you is that from all the reviews I read online, the first set I ordered was most likely the 44%. This stuff is probably closer to 20% (If I had to guess). When I do my treatments, I make sure to do it a certain way, so that my saliva doesn't just wash away all the gel. I probably look really stupid while I'm whitening my teeth, but it worked well the first time around. I obviously know how to do this correctly or else I would not have gotten such good results the first time around. I hope this review can reach someone serious about whitening their teeth. I got amazing results with another sellers 44% Carbomide Peroxide gel. Not this particular sellers version.

Something that actually works
I followed all of the instructions and how to make the forms conform to my own teeth. It did not work out but I was able to use them the way they were. I bought some whitening gel and it is working well on my teeth. It's so hard these days to find anything that works that I was very pleased. I'm always happy using Amazon for quick delivery. This ridiculous ordering from Walmart or another source and it comes from China and takes three weeks is absurd and it will definitely hurt their business.

If you can get it right you can get a quick cheap and easy mold
⭐⭐⭐ My experience with these DIY teeth molds has been a bit of a mixed bag. While the concept is great and the price is certainly budget-friendly, I did encounter some challenges along the way. Firstly, getting the molding of my teeth right was a bit tricky. It took several attempts and adjustments to get a comfortable fit, and even then, it wasn't perfect. The process of using boiling water to mold the trays was also uncomfortable for my gums and caused some minor discomfort. I was grateful that the kit came with extra materials because my initial attempts didn't turn out as expected. This gave me the opportunity to try again until I achieved a better fit. One disappointment was that the kit didn't include any whitening gel. While the price point is low, it's worth noting that you'll need to purchase the gel separately. However, even factoring in the cost of additional gel, this DIY method could still be more cost-effective than other teeth whitening options available. Overall, while there were some challenges and additional expenses involved, I believe that with patience and persistence, these DIY teeth molds could be a viable option for those looking for an affordable way to whiten their teeth at home.

Teeth whitening trays
In the world of dental aesthetics, achieving a bright, radiant smile is a goal for many. Teeth whitening retainers have emerged as a popular solution, merging the principle Design and Comfort: One of the standout features of teeth whitening retainers is their design. Crafted from soft, flexible materials, these retainers are custom-made to fit snugly over your teeth. This personalized fit not only enhances comfort but also ensures that the whitening gel is evenly distributed across the enamel, maximizing effectiveness. Unlike traditional whitening trays that can feel bulky or restrictive, these retainers feel lightweight and barely noticeable during wear. When first trying out the retainers, I noticed minimal irritation—a common concern for many users. The smooth edges and tailored fit mean that you can wear them for extended periods without discomfort. —without constantly being aware of the retainers in my mouth. In conclusion, teeth whitening retainers present an excellent option for those seeking a brighter smile without sacrificing comfort. Their custom-fit design enhances the user experience, making it easy to incorporate into your daily life while achieving impressive results. As with any teeth whitening product, consistency is key, and following the manufacturer’s instructions will yield the best outcomes.

Amazing Customer Service
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Polaris Brite! I ordered their premium dental whitening trays and unfortunately broke them by accident. I reached out expecting a long back-and-forth or replacement fee… and instead they immediately sent me replacements for free with zero hassle. That level of customer service is rare these days. Not only is the product high quality, but the company truly stands behind what they sell and treats their customers with kindness and respect. Fast response, no judgment, no hoops to jump through — just excellent service. If you’re on the fence about ordering, this is your sign. Polaris Brite has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend! 💙✨

Poor fit and oral irritation
This product did not meet the mark. The "suggested" heat and dip times did not produce the claimed results. I work in a dental office and tried this product as a test to the alternative to being fitted for teeth whitening trays, which are expensive. This product is a joke. I gave it 2 stars only because they shipped enough trays for me to try more than once to form an appropriate mouth tray. If you are hoping for a cheaper alernative for a mouth tray, this is not for you.
