A very wonderful watch, and you will not find it difficult to navigate between the settings. Its size is very excellent for most men, and even the position is excellent. It is not like the previous watches from Garmin, but it is modern.

Love Garmin watches, already have the Enduro & Fenix 6.. bought this for the ECG & nap feature during Black Friday at an awesome price.. shipping was delayed due to stock i guess.. but finally received it after almost 2 mths.. Amazon customer service is awesome, i have no complaints.

El reloj está increíble, se ve muy bien y tiene todas las funciones que he necesitado hasta ahora con muchas formas de monitorear cómo vas avanzando en tu entrenamiento, desde tus niveles de resistencia y energía, hasta batería corporal y preparación para entrenar. Mis entrenamientos principales son de fuerza y de intervalos de alta intensidad, y no ha tenido ningún problema para medirme el ritmo cardíaco durante estos ejercicios. El contador de pasos y de escaleras subidas/bajadas también es muy preciso. Tiene muchos deportes y ejercicios predeterminados y en la app de Garmin Connect puedes crear tus propios entrenamientos. La medición de sueño no siento que se del todo confiable y leyendo la experiencia de otros en internet, parece que estamos de acuerdo. Me ha detectado siestas al estar sentado usando mi teléfono o cuando estoy en mi PC. También ha detectado erróneamente la hora en que me duermo. Otro punto que podría ser más personal que algo del reloj, es que me ha detectado subidas de estrés cuándo estoy haciendo una actividad diaria, como hacer de comer por ejemplo, entonces creo que el algoritmo que utiza el reloj para calcular el estrés es un poco sensible, al menos en mi caso. Con excepción de la medición de sueño y estrés, que en mi uso no son tan importantes (por lo que mantiene sus 5 estrellas), el reloj me ha gustado muchísimo y no dudaría en recomendarlo.
