Been using this for years. Removes salt off of reels and tackle. Would buy again.

We use saltaway after using our boat in the gulf. Perfect solution to getting all the salt off boat and trailer.

This product works! We have a salt water fish tank in our home and the salt continues to splash and build up on my walls. We used this product to get the salt off. It works very well, HOWEVER the chemical smell is very strong and not safe for children to be around.

It has seldom been my experience that products live up to their advertising hype. Salt Away is an exception. The acrylic windshield on my 2016 Parker 23SE was covered with salt deposits that could not be removed despite regular cleaning with detergent and water. The first spraying of Salt Away removed 80% of the deposits. The second, followed by a 20 minute wait, removed 80% of the rest. The third spray and wait treatment made the windshield almost as clear as when it came from the factory.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wish this worked . I was hopeful, but nothing happened

I bought with much skeptism as I had not heard of the product. However, I knew that salt was tough to get of my rods & reels after a long say on the ocean. I sprayed it on my reels and waited about 5 mins and lightly wiped down and sprayed off with cold water and was shocked at how well it worked. I am sold and will order more as needed.

Didn't work so much on old salt issues, but then again the salty rust may have been there too long for this product to be effective.

After wading salt water all day and carrying my wade box which salt water tends to fill up the box and then drains, the problem with salt water, it corrodes the hooks. This product allows me to wash them by spraying my lures and letting them set before washing off. Hooks last longer and not rusting hooks
