Love this cervical pillow! I prefer the lower roll side, I feel well support and comfortable with this height. The butterfly shape is a big plus when I turn to side or even sleep on stomach. This new pillow gave me very restful sleep and wake up fresh! No more morning stiffness!

Does help with neck soreness. Awake with the usual stiff neck. The quality of the cover is very good. The only complaint is the pillow gets very warm. Recommend using a silk pillow case, it helps.

Bought this same product last year, finally got around to ordering it again. Quality is there, firm but not too firm, and I sleep great with them. HOWEVER... What happened with this one? It's sized for a child. My other one is almost half again bigger. I set it aside to let it expand for two days but it's kind of laughable. Gets swallowed up in a standard pillowcase. Giving it to my kid for trying out. Will look for a another one elsewhere.
