I think this is a very good product. It mixes nice and easy, smells good and provides sufficient calories and macro nutrient content. You'll get a good size tub for the money which I think makes it pretty good value, although if you were going to take two shakes a day, you would find it quite expensive. I personally didn't experience any stomach issues, but this is a heavy product with a lot of ingredients so some people may find they do. Obviously an item like this is designed to be taken over a long period of time so I cannot comment on its effectiveness but used correctly it would be an excellent addition to any regimen.

Love these chocolate and strawberry and cookies are best flavours after a few days of having the shakes i know the difference in my self i feel so much better all round health wise energy strength concentration etc

The product itself is great but today’s delivery not so much. The box was absolutely battered and open and the kid was unscrewed on the tub

its a great product that really help me push through my prs. i went from bench pressing 140 to 160 in 2 months on this product. i was stuck on 140 for ages like 6 months until i used Reflex. cons: its rubbish in taste and doesn't shake all that well hence 4 stars but does the job really well. its also a quality product and probably the best all in one supplement out there. does give some gas sometimes but not as bad as other products. i will be buying again but i would say use one shake a day not two as one is more than enough to feed your body anything else is probably going to be a waste. this way it will also last 2 months and u'll still make serious gains

Excellent stuff, i have done my webwork checked out levels combo's of minerals and bcaa's through to creatine mixes this stacks up seriously good easy to mix good strong flavour but not sickly easy to consume on an empty stomach and has nice milkshake consistency. can easily be drank in the morning and pre workout and after the workout again great levels of bcaa and creataine as a stand alone this can save you money as it contains everything you need in one supplement and it really has shown results after consumption after a good workout. can only recommend this as it does exactly what it says. any questions drop me a message

Très content de ce complément qui contient des protéines sous plusieurs formes, whey, caséine micellaire, etc. Ainsi qu'une base glucidique sous forme de "farine" de céréales, et de la malto. La dose de 125g (environ) se dissout plutôt bien dans un gros shaker avec grille. Goût fraise sympa. J'ai ajouté une photo de la composition car elle manque dans le descriptif du produit et c'est dommage. J'en rachèterais

je prends ce produit après mes séances de musculation journalières les résultats apparaissent au bout d'une semaine de prise, pas d'effets secondaires je le recommande avec une préfèrence toutefois pour le gout banofee moins écoeurant

Ich habe das Produkt zum ersten Mal ausprobiert mit der Hoffnung, dass es nicht immer die Markenprodukte sein müssen und andere auch gute Protein Shakes machen können die weniger Geld in der Vermarktung stecken, jedoch ist das bei diesem Produkt nicht der Fall. Ich habe schon einige Shakes ausprobiert und kann sagen, ich hab wirklich einen starken Magen aber nach diesem Shake habe ich jedes Mal Bauchschmerzen und fühle mich aufgeblasen. Weder der Geschmack noch die Konsistent ist gut muss ich sagen, es schmeckt eher nach eine Mischung von Schokolade mit Banane, also sehr künstlich und zu sehr pulverisiert was oft einem einen komisches Gefühl beim trinken gibt. Ich würde es ehrlich gesagt am liebsten zurück schicken, wenn ich könnte. Also definitiv keine kauf Empfehlung meinerseits.
