Sleep is great and works well
I really liked this product it does what it says on the tin

Delicious chocolate drink
Very tasty and easy to prepare. Taste, look and smell like a real hot chocolate. Glicyne and magnesium helped my partner to fall asleep easily. Not sure about effectivness of the collagen as such as we use it mostly to promote good sleep, but I am sure the body loves it as we have no side effects. We are now moving to a second batch. Highly recommended.
