These scissors are very sharp and cut well. Make sure to get the ones made in Japan. I have another pair of nearly identical Henckels scissors made in China and the quality is totally different!

"You can’t go wrong with anything from Henckels, and these scissors are no exception. They’re sturdy, sharp, and cut effortlessly. I use them at least five times a day, and they haven’t dulled at all. Henckels is a great company, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend!"
