I started taking these postpartum with my second baby, and I felt so much more stable and like myself compared to after my first, when my hormones were all over the place. I can’t say 100% if it was these, but I truly believe they made a difference. I’ll definitely be taking them again for any future postpartum recovery

I have hypothyroidism and endometriosis and I am perimenopausal. I was really hoping this would help me with fatigue, libido, hot flashes, and weight gain. I do notice that I feel less fatigued when taking it, however, there seems to be a side effect of Maca. I feel like I might be cramping and a little nauseated (I only take it after eating something and these effects aren't exactly helping my libido any), but I am not sure if it is the Maca or if it is affecting my birth control. I want to love this product, I want it to be beneficial, but this concerns me. I have not noticed any effect on my thyroid, but I have noticed I am having more vivid dreams when I sleep since starting it, I also don't feel like I need as much sleep as I usually do. I am going to attempt not taking my birth control for a month and see if the Maca is enough to control my hormones (I don't have a uterus but still have my ovaries), or if I still get killer pain due to endometriosis. I also am considering taking 1/2 the recommended dosage, maybe I just don't need as much. I am hopeful, but not 100% this is the product for me.Update: I cut back to half the dose, just one capsule a day and it made a difference, no cramping, no headaches. I think I was taking more than I needed. I do like it enough I've been taking it for 3 months and have it on auto ship. I also suffer from CFS, so anything is better than feeling like I'm on the verge of narcolepsy and feel this helps.

Made this brand purchase as it was much cheaper price alternative then a brand I’ve been taking previously so I figured why not give this a try. I’ve been taking this brand for 2 weeks and all I can say is that this product has been a no go for me. Sleep has been terrible and fatigue, mood, just horrible.I’ve previously been taking another Maca brand for over three months with amazing results, so I am not a newbie to taking Maca supplements as I have taken maca years before as well and am well aware of quality over quantity. Was on the look out for a cheaper price alternative/option with the same mg and ingredients, but this brand is has not been working at all for me at all. The taste is bland, not like most maca’s I have been taking years before and The expiration date is accurate…. I hope from what is printed on the bottle is legit and the smell was faint unlike many high maca brands I’ve purchased in the past, so I have been skeptical on this purchase at first, but I gave it a go. In all honesty, I would not order this brand again as it just did not do me justice.

I’ve waited for months to write a review of this supplement as I want to write a true review about this product.I know we are all busy especially if you are a mom like me who works in night shift and have small children ages 6 and 8 years old who goes to school early morning, surely sex is way far from your priority! But it is your responsibility as a wife and your husband needs you!When I had my first born, everything change including our private intimacy in the bedroom. My husband is very understanding when I chose to sleep in our kids room rather than sleeping with him. I just don’t want to tell him that I don’t feel the heat anymore often than we were married in the beginning of the year of being husband and wife. Now, kids are getting bigger and we have more time together, I started researching of the supplement that will help boost my energy in the bedroom. Then I stumble on this one. Maca root is known to its magic and this supplement is a magic pill when you are consistent of taking it. At first, when I got it. I will just take it for few days in a week and totally skipped the whole 2 weeks. Busy life gets me, you will get it when you are in my shoes! This couple weeks I really put my heart of taking this pill daily! Guess what? Oh boy! I feel different! I feel like I’m in heat all the time! No joke, it works!You got to try this but make sure to take it consistently! That is the key!

Definitely would not recommend this product. Complete waste of money. I tried this for several months to see if it would work, it did not. My libido didn't change at all, the only thing that happened was I was spotting the entire time between my periods. Stopped taking this product, next month-no spotting.

My daughter has the worst period cramps of any one. After one dose the cramps became manageable on day 2. By day 3 cramps were completely gone.
