Disappointing...
Quality is not good, it is not flat so it burns the sandwich in some areas and does not cook in others. I would return it but with Covid I just threw it on the garbage. Save your money...

Came damaged
It had dent on the pan. I was going to use it for a small party next day. I fixed it with hammer.Working good so far but I expect product without any damage when I pay for it.

The unit is poorly made. Does not open completely, smoked on first use- but that got betterParts are tight - appears the parts may be rusted!
