Paladone Minecraft Axolotl Light, Five Color Modes, Minecraft Lamp to Decorate Your Gaming Desk or Night Stand

This light is too cute!!! Batteries lasted about two weeks using all night as a night light, will probably last longer if used sparingly (there's no power cord on this). It's got ambient lighting that changes colors, not super bright but perfect for the night light purposes we got it for. It's decently built, very cute!

Super cute! Decent size and makes great decor, it’s decently bright and has given me no trouble so far with its battery life. It gives a nice ambient light for a room an is worth the price!

I bought this Minecraft Axolotl lamp for my daughter because she’s a big fan of the game and loves axolotls. The design is really well done it’s colorful, fun, and adds a special touch to her gaming desk. It has five color modes, and the light changes smoothly from one shade to another, which creates a very nice atmosphere in her room, especially at night. It works great as a night light or just for decoration. The only downside and why I’m giving it 4 stars is that it didn’t come with batteries. It may seem like a small detail, but when we opened the box and couldn’t use it right away, it was a bit disappointing, especially for my daughter who was really excited. Other than that, it’s a lovely lamp and does exactly what it says. I’d just recommend the manufacturer include everything needed so it’s ready to use right out of the box.

Huge hit with my Minecraft-obsessed kiddo! He loves that he can pick a color or let it flow through the different colors. I wish it had the option to be plugged in, but you will need batteries for this. I suppose that a cord coming out of the lamp would look unnatural, so I still think it's a worthy buy!

Update: I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement and it works! My son loves it and it is super cute when its lit. I appreciate this company for going above and beyond to make us happy, and I plan on purchasing more from them. I have purchased this item for my son twice, and in both instances, we have been unable to remove the screw to insert the batteries. I have tried every type and size of screwdriver, turning the screw both clockwise and counterclockwise. I even attempted to position the item upside down and on its side, but nothing worked! The screw just keeps spinning and does not move at all. As a result, it has become a cute paperweight that tips over easily. I would prefer to buy my son a possessed Furby that works without batteries rather than deal with this frustrating product!

Adorable, not the brightest light but a great nightlight for a kiddo kinda bright. No assembly. Little awkward if you tried to take it somewhere with the legs and all. But works for what I expected :)
