My family and I make caramel powder chocolate covered pretzel sticks every year with the kids having moved out it was too much to do. I bought this product in hopes that my wife and I could continue the traditional by ourselves. This product made it very easy chocolate state, soft easy to apply very easy to clean up. I am extremely pleased with this product.

This hot well works great I used it to melt my chocolate to dip my cake pops in. But it also works great for keeping food warm and it’s super easy to use.

This this chocolate melting machine is exactly for that only melt the chocolate. I didn’t like the temperature regulator somehow it’s not really bringing down the temperature fast enough. It’s kind of slow with the temperature There are two bowls move constantly and the covers built steam, which is very bad for the chocolate so basically I wasn’t too pleased with this machine.

We have purchased 2 of these machine's to melt our chocolate to dip strawberries in and they work well and heat up quickly for a few months before the switches on them burn up and they get stuck to the on position and do not heat anymore. The replacement switches that they send also burn out within a few months. after talking with the seller about our issues they eventually sent us two new machines.

When I received it, it was not brand new it was used. I could see where there was water on the heating element before.

Got this for my wife for Valentine's day. Figured it would be the "gift that keeps giving" chocolate.. lol.. With the size, and me not being able to keep a secret, she received it last night. Easy to operate, and even easier to clean. No more big pots and bowls to deal with. Just 2 little restaurant grade square containers. Very happy. PS: I found a little digital candy thermometer for less than 10$ too here on Amazon. Was a great little addition.
