VERY well-made. Sharp cutter edges and the handles are rubbery and firm - no slippage. The included little pouch works well if the exposed end is of concern. I already used this upon receiving - to slip under some automotive press-in type round fasteners. They were too old/brittle to pull out by hand or with pliers. This was a bonus use of these cutters - I slid the jaws under the top of the plug and then levered the tool against the cars' frame - out popped the old fasteners!

For the price, this is a fantastic tool. Does exactly what I bought it for. Couldn’t be happier.
