Used it a few times already and does the job well. Only thing i was annoyed and surprised to see that it had an UK plug while i live in NL…so now im using this universal plug to use it.

I have a drier that shrinks everything and I have a heated airer that takes way too long if you cover every bar so I decided to give this Heat Pod a try. I’m pleasantly surprised. I have done a load of washing and left it overnight on the regular airer then used this Heat Pod the following morning and everything was dry within the hour. I’ve used this today with clothes straight from the washer and it took 1&1/2 hours. I’m not sure if it’s cheaper than using the dryer but in the long run I would say so as it’s not shrinking clothes. It doesn’t take ages to dry so I would say this is a really good buy. It looks pretty big when you set it up but it takes less than a minute to set up and the same to take it apart to pack away into the small box it arrives in so if you’re struggling for space, I would say this Heat Pod is worth every penny. I would just like to add, I am using this as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 10) so I have lots of washing as you can imagine.

It does work well but you really need to move the washing around inside so it dries evenly. Clothes hangers are required and they do tend to overlap and catch on each other. Awkward for large heavy items like bath towels which like trousers are too long to hang down without folding somehow, this makes drying slower. The dryer does not work too well with a lot of items. I find that smaller items which dry quicker can be taken out sooner and the rest rearranged to help airflow. So far for me the drying time is around three and a half hours, but this is obviously dependent on the material weights etc. A good spin first will also help. The unit does blow out a lot of hot air and seems efficiently designed. It is fairly quiet when running and surprisingly lightweight. One problem is storage as it has a largish footprint. I tend to dismantle it and keep it in the box it arrived in, but as I only need it about once a week this works for me. Overall I am happy with this dryer, it is pretty much as expected, not the greatest solution but way better than wet washing hanging about for days.

Brilliant !! Easy to put together, lightweight so its easy to move around, great alternative to a tumble drier, it gets your clothes dried quickly and also warms the room up nicely.

Best thing I have bought in a long time, we use it almost daily and it is so much more easy to manage the laundry now it is not spread all over the house on radiators. It dries efficiently and perfect for a family of 3.
