Great product for a great price!
I’ve never left a review, but with this purchase felt like I needed to just in case someone is having a hard time deciding, just like we were. With all the mixed reviews, we were extremely hesitant to try this pergola, but we really liked the look and it was the right size, 14x10, so we decided to buy it. We are very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend to others! Yes, it was a lot of work to put it together, but all the pieces were there and the instructions that came with the product were very clear and outlined everything step-by-step. Very easy to follow and all the pieces came together perfectly. Would recommend using a drill to tighten everything, as per some reviews, seems like not everyone does this. Also, anchoring all five legs and attaching the pergola to the house made it very sturdy. My husband and I completed the set up in about 7 hours or so and that was with a few breaks. No regrets on buying this pergola. A great purchase!

Easy to Customize and Perfect for Creating a Large Patio Space
I purchased four of these AECOJOY wall-mounted gazebos to create a covered patio area across the front and side of the house, and I absolutely love how it turned out. They were easy to install and even easier to combine, which made it simple to customize the layout to fit the space exactly how I wanted. The hard top roof feels sturdy and provides great shade, and once mounted, everything feels solid and secure. Using multiple units together worked really well and created a seamless, finished look rather than feeling pieced together. This was a cost-effective way to get a large shaded area without building a full permanent structure. These are great for decks, patios, and backyard spaces, especially if you want flexibility in design. They look clean and modern and instantly upgraded the outdoor area. Pros: • Easy to install and customize • Combines well with multiple units • Sturdy hard top construction • Great shade coverage • Excellent value, especially on clearance Cons: • Installation is easier with two people • Requires proper wall support for mounting Suggestions for improvement: Including clearer instructions for combining multiple units would be helpful. Offering optional side panels or privacy screens would also be a great upgrade. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase. Being able to customize the patio layout exactly how I wanted made these well worth it, and I would buy them again without hesitation.

Sturdy and Well-Designed — IF You Use It As Intended
I bought the AECOJOY Wall Gazebo 12’ x 10’ and couldn’t be happier with it overall. A lot of the negative reviews are from people who didn’t actually follow the instructions or understand what this gazebo is designed for. This isn’t a free-standing gazebo meant to go in the middle of your yard. The instructions and pictures clearly show it is designed to be attached to a wall of your house. If you put it in the middle of the yard without anchoring it, of course it’s going to be flimsy — it’s not built for that. I assembled mine on my back patio, anchored it properly to the house around my sliding door, and secured it into the concrete patio. Because the two front legs overhung the edge of the concrete, I ordered ground anchors for extra stability. Installed this way, it is very sturdy and works exactly as intended. My only complaint is that I expected the top panels to be a true hard top. They’re not — they’re more of a clear foam-like plastic, not a thick hard plastic. Because of that, I doubt they would actually support the amount of snow the listing claims. So just be careful with that if you live in a heavy snow area. Overall though, if you install it the way it was designed — wall-mounted and properly anchored — this gazebo is a solid purchase. The product isn’t the problem here… it’s user error.

Spend more and get something of better quality.
Where do I start? Scuffed/scratched pieces (could have been from shipping), pieces not labeled, crappy materials and poor instructions! I've included pictures showing what the panels look like with the protective sealing still on. One of the seals on one side is white and quite frankly that's the only reason you can't see through this thing at the moment. It will provide no shade whatsoever; which is kind of the point of this product! Also the panels are cheap plastic and flimsy! In the first picture I put it next to a cardboard box that came from Amazon. You can clearly see how crappy it is! The cardboard is thicker! The gazebo itself is just a bunch of smaller pieces that you have to combine together to make larger pieces. What I mean is that normally a gazebo will have four posts and those posts are all single pieces. Instead you will have to put together five pieces to make one post! Two of those pieces are flimsy feet pieces that can't really hold anything in a balanced position unless you anchor them into concrete. I suppose the company did this purposefully so they could easily ship this in comparison to a much more quality gazebo. This is also the same for all the roof support pieces as well. Each roof support is four pieces instead of one! They say that this thing will not leak, but there are so many little areas for openings it's ridiculous. Water can squeeze through the tiniest of cracks, so it's definitely going to leak through this gazebo. After seeing reviews from JMore332 and GBee where it's completely collapsed, I've decided to return this rather than opt to put it together and be even more disgusted with this purchase. For a gazebo to collapse like this with the possibility of people underneath it is an extreme safety concern!

Does the job and definitely worth the price
Very good quality materials. Fast delivery. It was time consuming to put together, but the directions were easy to follow. It took about 4 hours to complete with myself and 2 easily distracted teenagers. We had 30 mph winds the day after we put ours up and it held up well, but I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend having this set up without it being anchored in someway as it swayed with the lightest breeze. The base of all five post have four holes that you can attach screws and anchor to your deck. There are also three options on the tall side where you can anchor it to a structure easily. Due to the placement of the back door and windows on our back deck, we needed a little more height so we had a 4x6 post cut at Home Depot to 6 1/2 inches long, spray painted them the same color as the frame, and anchored them to the deck, and the screwed the base of the poles to the blocks. It is extremely sturdy. The taller side against the house only had two poles versus the three poles on the shorter side which did cause a very little bit of sagging in the middle of the tall side for the 10x14 we purchased. However, this was easily corrected Once we use the included anchor and attached it above our windows. I have had rain since we put it up and it has been completely waterproof. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase, and think the price point is perfect.

a great screened porch under $1000
no more bugs, great view , love it. 1. it's adaptable---my deck is 20X14(actual size 13'8'' X19') with a fireplace sticking out in the middle, space is very tight, I had to raise its hight by 7'' to place one front corner on top of the fireplace roof 2. Composite deck, DW did not want drilling, I used zip ties for base support, extremely sturdy 3. Screened easily with mosquito net ($25 for 10X20 net) , a garage magnetic screen door and one privacy outdoor curtain, total under $70 4. bought 2X3'' gutters from HD and cut the top middle with 1.5'' opening, supported by overhangs which are supported by wood studs fixated on the pre drilled holes , works great 5.Assembling was easy but a lot : you only have 3 major components for framing----5 legs, 2 beams and 8 rafters, you can pre-assemble them inside your garage and then move them to the site. I did most of assembling by self, only needed a bit help for legs' standing up and positioniong 6, Make sure G leaking holes facing upside. Initially K2 panels appeared 1/2 '' too long but after some push they fit tight. During downpour, I still have a little leaking, i pulled open the panels again and found out 2 K2 panels are a little short and they can move up/down a bit easily. I am fine with a little leaking , still 5 stars for its value and adaptability 7. To the seller: Back legs should have pre-drilled holes for triangles too, I have 2 extra triangles but can't attach them to the back legs that would add stability without increasing one penny cost 8. the roof is paper light , you must have hard base for anchoring/support, this is purely customers' responsibility. If you really want the gazebo to be free standing, buy a 3rd leg( not sure you can) for the back side or 4X4X8 post from HD and bolt it to the back beam middle point ( 4 predrilled holes there ), the cost would be $15

Decent Pergola Despite Frustrating Build
DISCLAIMER: I bought the 10x12 adjustable height option and due to my low roof, to meet the 98" height requirement for setup, I attached the pergola to my roof using roof brackets which I bought separately. This may or may not affect the integrity of the build, though after reading other reviews, I have had shared issues which I will detail below: First, the instructions are not very helpful as others have pointed out. However, if you have built any large IKEA furniture, you will be able to do this project. Take your time, read the directions carefully, and please have someone on standby for install. Second, the two posts look wonky and it was a little bit of a struggle getting the screws to go all the way through the pre-drilled holes. I did have to use a power drill. I constantly am looking at how to keep them straight, but any force can move the posts if you don't have them anchored. Third, the hardest part of the install IMO was the roof panels. I ended up having to cut off about an inch from one of the panels because despite it being fit where it needed to go, it was somehow too long for me to complete the edging. I am just going to try my hardest not to look up anytime I am under the pergola to see the slightly misaligned piece due to this long panel mishap lol. The Pros: This thing was CHEAP compared to all of the other options I was looking at, and to be honest, it is a sturdy, good looking pergola. I live in the PNW and so far it has stood up against heavy rains and a bunch of pine needles from nearby trees. I do notice the drainage system working as the water goes through the product at certain points and the water gets drained at the low end of the roof panels. The main reason we wanted a pergola was to extend our life outside during the rainy season and so far we've been able to do just that.

Great look, good materials, easy assembly
Very nice! Perfect for a deck or patio area. Well designed and quality materials. I anchored mine with some turnbuckles and attached it to handrailing. I would not recommend anchoring it by only the base of the legs. It does need attachment points up higher for sturdiness. The panels are very lightweight and offer a nice look. Snow-load could be an issue in my area. If you're looking for a nice outdoor area this will do it! Arrived quickly, no damage. Instructions are easy and accurate. All parts included. Depending on your mechanical aptitude, I felt like it was an easy assembly. You may need help holding it up during final assembly. Again, highly recommended! Thanks to others for reviews as it influenced my purchase.
