Superb pods
I use these in my Lavazza machine. Strong flavour and good caffeine hit! So pleased this quality and value is available to be compostable.

Cheap, sustainable but a tad watery
I brought these at a bargain price and didn’t have high hopes. The coffee tastes good as an espresso, but if you’re wanting a strong cappuccino then you’ll need to use 2/3 capsules. Great that you can throw them in the food waste. Pod occasionally gets stuck in the machine but easily removed. Capsules are under high pressure so a few coffee grains can be seen floating in the bottom of cup. Great for a quick morning coffee!

Good value but coffee flavour not up to genuine pods.
Good value pods fit A Modo Mio machines. However the coffee isn't to my taste, bitter and lacking strength compared to the genuine article.

Perfect for every morning
Very good coffee that comes in paper-like pods that can be recycled. I'm loving these, will buy again, as I am concerned of the plastic that companies wrap products into an then blame customers for using the plastic. But here we have a eco friendly option, tasty coffee & no more plastic, I truly recommend these!

Well priced compostable - A Modo Mio Compatible Pod
I was looking to get a compostable A Modo Mio Compatible Coffee Pod for a while - The Lavazza original ECO pods are expensive, so I thought I would try these. I personally think the flavour is ok - but the Lavazza originals are still the best, I have tried other compatible Pods which Personally I think have a better flavour but were not compostable Pods. Perhaps the seller could introduce some other flavours and indicated a relative strength and flavour for the existing ones - perhaps I could then pick an option which would give me a more preferred flavour? Whilst compostable, the film top cover seems to stretch rather than pierce immediately - see attached image. This seems to result in the film top not being pierced as much as perhaps it should to allow the water to pass through to take on the coffee flavour. When you scape away the outer white film surface of the top it looks to be a silver colour - initially I thought it was aluminium foil - but it's not, it is just a silver colour very thin biodegradable film, I assume. I might experiment with compost-ability of the pods, to see how quick they break down, to know where best to compost them. The max diameter is at most about 0.5mm larger than a Lavazza original - but they fit ok in my machine. I am using an AEG - Electrolux Magia Plus coffee machine.
