It was easy to assemble and easy to use but it isn’t our go to product in our home gym. Maybe it will get more use later. If it does I will return and give it 5 stars.

These banks are great to be able to work out at home. I love the simplicity of them. Excited to have them as part of my routine.

So, they work super well! It takes some work to figure them out, but after a quick run to YT, all was resolved. They're easy to transport so you can maintain on a trip or something. Altogether a very solid purchase.

The squeezing motion is smooth, but so challenging. All I can say is ‘Wow!” Being able to break it down for exercising while traveling is absolutely incredible!

The Ron Williams Total Body Bar is constructed very well of above average materials, but the draw back is the "buying instructions" and you only get one set of bands. The listing shows all the bands together so it would be easy for someone to this to mean that you get all 3 resistance levels. You do Not. You get which ever resistance level you choose and that is It. I'll just google instructions and workouts instead of having to "pay" for them. No thanks! Due to the reasons listed, I cannont recomment this.
