I received the umbrella, but unfortunately it’s not in the shape it was supposed to be. Instead of curving inward as shown in the pictures, it curves outward, which is quite disappointing. This isn’t what I expected based on the product description. I feel like it hasn’t met the advertised standards, and it ended up being a waste of time and money.

disappointed.. the fabric is thin😪 there is already damage on the fabric and u can see through it. i planned to use it for sun protection but the material does not provide uv protection.

I love the sturdiness of these umbrellas. I bought two early Jan 2025. Unfortunately after a few months, one of them stopped working and I was unable to close the shaft (the other one is still in mint condition), so after reaching the Tumella team and providing evidence of the issue, they were happy to send me a free replacement. They were speedy in their reply and followed up all the way through until they knew I was happy with my replacement which I received within days. Overall I am a very happy customer and would definetely recommend buying!

The umbrella looks nice, feels well built, and easy to use. Have used in sunny, windy, and rainy conditions - does a good job. A tiny amount of water gets through the wind vents under extremely heavy rain, but this can be mitigated by holding the umbrella at a steady angle. So far it's a reasonable compromise considering how well it's holding up during heavy rain and wind.

A great little brolly, which can stand up to the Edinburgh winds, which come from any direction. It is also stylish and fun and when its a horrible day you can just imagine yourself lying on the beach in the picture. There customer service is great as well, if you ever need to contact them.

Unreliable umbrella, can't protect against moderate wind. Stopped working.

I have gone through more umbrellas than tongue can tell and they have always broken with high winds. So I just typed in quality umbrellas and the first one to come up was the Tumella umbrella. The designs are beautiful and the video very impressive, standing up to a 70 mph wind speed in testings. I love the open and close feature button and it's ease of us, being disabled. I bought it on offer, however it is still great value for money at the full price. The grip and weight is first class and you know that you have a quality umbrella in your hand. It fits easily into my backpack and it dries quickly in my wet room after use. Thanks also Tumella for the personal letter and lifetime guarantee included..
