The media could not be loaded. This bed was purchased for a 10 yr old girl who is 5'3", 96 pounds. The bed came in two boxes and I did not have any issues with the bed being in the wrong box as others have mentioned. I ordered a full and the box was marked full. It came quickly and the only problem we had was on the fedex end, claiming they tried to deliver when they didn't.It was relatively easy to assemble. I did read other reviews that said to wait until the end to tighten everything which I did and had no issues. You definitely need space when assembling this bed, especially the full size. You assemble upside down and then have to flip it so you need room and clearance to do so.We also chose this bed because of the thicker steps on the ladder instead of the thin rods. This bed came with two ladders which wasn't a requirement for purchase but is nice to have options.We needed a bed that would allow for continued growth and accommodate the needs now and into the future. The desk was something that was a big selling feature. It was easy to assemble. The only issue I noted was that there was a place to insert a screw in the bed part but not on the desk, which creates a gap. I have enclosed a picture of that problem area.The bed is not anchored to the wall and there is movement as noted in the video provided. I will be using a small piece of 2x4 and anchoring that to the wall and then the bed to the 2x4 in order to keep any damage to a minimum on the wall.I used an 8" mattress in order to allow for about 4" of rail to prevent falling out. There is plenty of room in this case. I also added a hanging organizer by the head of the bed to put remotes, ipads, water bottle, tissues, etc in easy reach. This was also found on amazon.Overall this was an excellent purchase for the price. I am very happy with it.

This is a decent bed that provides more space for a kid or adult under the bed. The desk is a great space as well and helps with the stability of the frame. It is quite tall so even with our high ceilings my daughter is able to touch the ceiling. This does make accessing the desk underneath of the bed easier though. My daughter is able to easily get in and out of bed. I can also get in and out of it because I tested it out once we finished assembly of the bed. Assembly was a little difficult because the frame was a little bent from shipping and being thrown around, but other than that it was pretty straight forward. Once it is assembled it pretty much is solid for being a loft bed. Overall the bed is great quality, structurally sound, and has the ability to give more space in the room which is exactly what we bought it for. The desk is just a bonus that my daughter enjoys. If you are looking for a bed that gives more space, is very durable, and provides a large weight capacity then this is it. I searched through many different loft beds and this is the only one that had such a large weight capacity. It was also one of the only loft beds that I could find that was a full size. The weight capacity is definitely doable because the underneath has multiple rails that are crossing both ways on the bed and is held in place with clamps. Prior to this we had a twin loft bed and it had a weight limit of about 100lbs due to the racks only going one way and was not properly fastened in to hold a higher weight capacity.

This is an update from my previous post regarding the loft bed. After some back and forth the company provided me a full refund. Glad it worked out Frances was very helpful once I set the pictures the refund was provided the following day.My daughter was very excited about this bed. Once we put it together and set her mattress up she slept in it. The next morning she let me know it was very hard to sleep in every time she moved the bed moved. We have it secured to the wall but have hard floors. Second night I noticed that even though the bed is rated at a capacity of 250 that even though she is 130 the center bars have no real support causing the bed to bow in the center. This making her back hurt. The metal bars just sit in the cut outs and have no center support brace. After her third night her body hurt so bad she has to start sleeping on the couch. Seller states you can return so I did start the return. Explained why we were returning it and they sent us a label. Problem is they didn’t send a prepaid label and the bed is very heavy so it would be too expensive to return. Still working with Amazon to get this resolved. I have this bed packed up in my living room on a huge box just waiting for the company to do what’s right and send me a label to return this product that we are unable to use for to misinformation in the products description.

The media could not be loaded. Bought for my 6 year old who wanted his own “bed room“ and “study room”.It came in 2 boxes via Fedex as different deliveries. It had all the tools to integrate. Instructions were easy and well written. Each part had its own number stickers made my job easy. There were a couple of places I was confused by figured out within minutes.Overall it took almost good 2 hours for me to fix this. I did this alone with the help of my son to carry parts and hand over to me. Didn’t expect it to be this strong. Half part (Upper Frame only) I assembled in my living room and then took it to the bedroom which is in the 2nd floor and assembled the rest of it there. Instructions were very clear. The only complaint I have is a very tiny creeking noise when my kid moves hard on it (jumps kind of) . I tried tightening all the screws but the noise is still there. I would give benefit of doubt to the carpet (may be the cot is not evenly standing due to the soft bottoms so i may not blame the bed ). Overall I really liked this product. And my son is enjoying it. Sturdy Metal bed. For the benefit of all I have created a small video please check.

Not completely sturdy enough. Fair price though.
