Works pretty good, price was good!

The seller did a poor job of inspecting their product before shipping. Two of the three balls were missing and the box was crushed but the contents were undamaged. I checked to see about getting the missing items shipped, rather than do a return, but that wasn't possible. So, I tried the product to see if it was worth the bother. I think my unit came with the largest pellet and I can't say whether it works or not. It may loosen chest congestion so that it can be coughed up easier. This unit this isn't worth the asking price but it was the least expensive to experiment with. Three pieces of molded plastic and three SS bearing that cost a total of a buck. And my experiment's result if inconclusive. If you have a congestion issue and are curious, I would look for another, better made version from a different seller.

Ever since I got covid some years back, my breathing was never the same. I always felt congested and even some of my xrays showed that. I have tried all sorts of breathing exercises but nothing ever worked. I ordered this as a way to see if this would work. After the first week, I started noticing I was coughing up a lot of phlegm. Thinking I was sick, I went to the doctor who said my xray looks better than it did last year. I've been using this exerciser since. What I especially love about this is how easy it is to use and I can literally take this with me anywhere I go, completely portable. There are no batteries to worry about so no having to recharge this. Not to mention, really easy to clean the mouth piece too. Overall, I've been breathing a lot better since using this. Even at night, I'm not having to practically sit up in bed in order to breathe either. I've been using this for about a month now and while there isn't that much phlegm anymore, I can now take a big deep breath without feeling like I'm going to cough or just not able to expand my lungs. Even went swimming and I can even hold my breath a lot longer now too. Didn't change anything in my life or diet, just started using this exerciser.

This really helps get the mucus up out of your lungs. Try it. I think you will like it. My daughter has long problems and I got them for her.
