Printer returned not easy to set up

The printer looked good and arrived on time. I’ve had multiple HP printers and have learned the hard way how to get past most issues. This printer had ink smeared over the black cartridge sensors. After cleaning, I installed the new “setup” cartridges that came with it but kept getting errors. I contacted Asurion first since I bought a protection plan. After some troubleshooting they said to return the printer to Amazon. I then contacted HP and even though they could not get it to work, they assured me the issue would disappear once I installed a new set of cartridges.Indeed, the issue disappeared with the new cartridges and the printer works fine.

The printer won't accept the color ink cartridge so therefore i can't use the printer. For me to be able to connect the printer to my computer the printer needs to accept the ink cartridge.

I was having the same issue as my old printer with lights blinking and not printing. I finally after 3 days gave up and ask support for help. They remotely did all the same things I did and after 2 tries tried something different and it started printing.

Is not comparable with fire tablet. Returned.

Is to basic , but ok . This is exactly that I was looking for. You have to buy the cartridges
