I didn’t like it
This is scary tbh tea bags had broken pills like green residue instead of real mugwort leaves, I don’t recommend

I've been dealing with stomach and esophagitis (from a chronic illness) and I heard that Eucalyptus apparently helps due to it being anti inflammatory and antibacterial. I was expecting the taste to be stronger, but I was pleasantly surprised that it tastes like an earthy Lipton tea. I also noticed that my breathing felt good after drinking a cup of this tea. It was the same feeling as if you put vicks on your chest, how it opens up your airways and helps you breathe better. I think its a great value for the price also. You get a good amount of tea bags in the pack, some have more and others have less Eucalyptus in each one. I like this a lot because you can choose if you want more or less per cup. I will say though that the Eucalyptus is better at evening/night for relaxing. It doesn't particularly make me sleepy, but I get really good sleep after a cup at night. Not even recommend teas like Chamomile have ever worked this good for me. It's definitely a tea you want to use for a good rest if you don't plan on getting up early the next day as it really helps with relaxation and sleep.

I’ve been drinking herbal teas for years, and the FullChea Lemon Balm Tea Bags have become a regular part of my evening wind-down routine. The flavor is pleasantly mild with a naturally soothing lemony note that isn’t overpowering or artificially sharp. It’s definitely one of the better lemon balm teas I’ve tried in terms of purity and aroma. One of the standout features is how clean and simple the ingredient list is—just pure lemon balm, no fillers or strange additives. That’s something I really appreciate. The bags are individually wrapped too, which keeps the tea fresh and convenient for travel or work. As for effects, this tea truly delivers on its calming reputation. After a cup, I do feel more relaxed, and it seems to help settle my mind before bed without making me groggy. It’s not a miracle cure for stress or sleep, but it does support a peaceful vibe, which is exactly what I was hoping for. If I had to nitpick, the tea bags themselves are a bit on the thinner side. They occasionally tear if you’re not gentle, and they don’t always hold up well if you like to steep your tea longer. Also, while the flavor is smooth, it may come across as a little too subtle for those who prefer a stronger herbal profile. Overall, FullChea’s Lemon Balm Tea is a solid choice for anyone looking for a natural, calming tea. It’s not flashy, but it does its job well—and that’s exactly what I was after.

I don't find that it has any flavor so I add a mint tea bag as well. This way I get the benefits of lemon balm and good taste!

Taste isn't bad.

This stuff tastes TERRIBLE. It is really good for you and I take it during parasite cleanses. I would order some other tea with it to dull the bitterness some. If you are serious about killing parasites I would avoid sweeteners as parasites live off of sugars. So I recommend steeping it with other teas.
