Solid and not look cheap and flimsy, but customer service of hansgrohe is a big problem not possible to reach

The build quality and texture are impressive. feels solid and well-made. Definitely worth the price.

It is a very nicely done piece, great looking design that compliments the bathroom. The only issue I have is that the wall bracket has 2 screws positioned horizontally, which makes it less sturdily attached vs. if they were positioned vertically. There is enough space under the attaching piece, but for the reason, I guess, that it was designed in Europe where they have masonry walls, they decided that horizontal screw positioning is good enough. If you attached it to the drywall, it makes it less stable and more prone for being pulled out accidentally. Try to attach it to the stud or use heavy duty sheetrock anchors that go wide behind the sheetrock. Don't use included anchors as they are designed for masonry wall only and will pull out from sheetrock in no time.
