Amazon, fix your product features description. Description for all color says 100% cotton. Reviewers say false (or fraud). What is correct?

I bought the solid black and navy (both say 100% cotton) and dark heather (50/50 cotton/polyester), but they all feel and stretch exactly the same. They also all say jersey cotton, but the feel is a scratchy cotton feel, not smooth. Might be why they are on clearance.

what is the inseam on these shorts? please dont answer with "Perfect", that doesnt tell me much. they do come in two lengths.

The inseam is 7 1/2 inches., a couple inches above my knee, I'm 6ft. My waist is 36'. I wear a medium. Good sleep shorts, very comfortable.
