Great Product that Works Just as Advertised
Worked great and made my raincoat like new, repelling the water again. I followed all of the instructions and my husband took the coat outside to spray it since I have allergies to a lot of odors. I am very pleased with the product. I have only used my raincoat once since it was treated but the water beaded up perfectly, just as it should. It was easy to follow the directions and did not change the color of my red raincoat at all. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

Works great. Recommended.
Used on tent and rain gear. Works exactly as it should greatly improved water sheds g ability of even a very old tent rain fly. Works as you’d expect it to. Very good stuff.

They stand behind their product!
I received this product in early March and used it last weekend. After washing my jacket, I tried to apply the Revivex Durable Water Repellant. It was watery with white chunks in it that didn't go away no mattered how long I shook the bottle. It immediately clogged up the applicator. I was unable to use it. I left a message with the product supplier. They reached out to me right away on Monday. Apparently with some extra cold weather some product had frozen (my bottle being one of those) which ruined the product. Gear Aid apologized for the situation and immediately sent out a replacement bottle of water repellant spray along with a bottle of prewash so I could start over. I used it yesterday afternoon. All is well and the product appears to be doing the job. Although I didn't like the hassle factor, I was very impressed with the way this situation was handled.

Not a solid performer, try Formula 303 instead
The bottle is quite small, and with how much is needed (especially when it doesn’t seem to work even after 2-3 solid applications), I won’t be buying this again. Formula 303 is cheaper and applies better, and lasts longer. If the performance was there, I’d buy again, but after 3 applications on a 2 year old freshly washed Burton coat, it STILL wasn’t wicking away water and kept soaking it in.

Waterproof the rain fly on a tent.
I have Colman 4 person tent that's about 10 years old now. Really love the tent because its roomy, easy to setup and sturdy. I only use it once or twice a year but on my most recent camping trip we unfortunately had a few episodes of heavy rain and I noticed the rainfly was no longer completely waterproof. Fortunately it wasn't too big a deal but I knew I wanted to address the problem before I risked using the tent again and this product did the trick perfectly. Easy to apply, dried relatively quickly and didn't discolor the fabric at all.

Appears to have done nothing.
Attempted on 3 items. Followed instructions exactly. It worked fair on one, but the other two had mostly no effect. I honestly wondered if the one it worked on was just me deactivating the original dwr.

Waterproof Repellent
Its really good! Once you spray the waterproof repellent. It has a milky look to it. Just remember do a nice light coating. Dont over do it. But put 2 coats of it on your rain gear. When you spray it, if it starts running. The repellent isn't working.
