I've been wanting a clock for my hall for a while, and this one (25cm silver) looked good in the photographs on the product's web page on Amazon, and it was a good price too. However, once I received it, its appearance didn't meet expectations. The numbers printed on the dial looked a little too bold and large, and although it was silver, it looked too much like plastic. I could have perhaps lived with that, however, I reluctantly decided to return it because the back edge of the case didn't sit flat against the wall and was very noticeable when I saw it descending the stairs. On the plus side, I liked the sweep second hand, the clock was silent and it kept very good time, gaining only a second in two weeks. It also came with a hook to attach it to the wall. It runs on a single AA battery (not supplied). My disappointment in its appearance is, of course, subjective and other purchasers may not find it a problem.

I ordered the middle size (12”) it was smaller than I thought it was going to be , wished I had ordered the large size , nice clock shame the delivery driver didn’t read my instructions of leaving it in my shed , he decided to plonk it by my front door to get wet , surprised it worked

Good value for money and keeps good time. fast delivery but packing not that good.
