Tastes good and smell is ok. You can smell the fishy part a little bit after you take it. I like that it has vitamin D and K with the Omega Fish Oil. Being that it’s healthy for you…the light fishy smell is worth it. I take the Mary Ruth liquid vitamin directly after to offset any lingering taste or smell. Def worth it to me.

I ordered this to have at my holiday location. I opted for this over the Cod Liver Oil since it included other vitamins that I would have otherwise needed to bring with me. It was functional in that need. My only negative observation was that the lemon flavor did not mask as well as it does with the oil. It was really fishy.

TO SOON TO TELL IF IT HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE BUT WITH THE LEMON FLAVOR IT IS REALLY EASY TO TAKE.
