Even if somebody very experienced guessed what is your size just by looking at you. The Spectra site has a printable ruler and clear orientation on how to get measured. Go there, measure yourself, and then come back here and order the size that you measured. You will not regret it.And if you pump at work, have a set of flanges for each time you pump, so you can wash them at night when you get home. You are welcome.

Fits like original on breast pump Spectra the pink one

Does not fit Ameda MyaJoy Plus as advertised.Also ordered a 17 and received an 18mm. Could not return or exchange even though it is unopened.

It worked well with my Spectra pump

My Spectra pump came with flanges but I have smaller nipples so this flange worked out great with my Spectra s2 pump! No problems so far!

Getting way more milk with the smaller flange

This is only 1 flange, not 2 and it cannot be returned.

The 18mm flange purchased did not have the same suction as original parts, it didn't work at all.
