Sturdy Tool Mount For Truck Bed Racks
I use these to hold a shovel on the side of my overland bed rack and it works perfectly and looks really nice.

Quality metal construction.
These were purchased to mount some gear in my truck bed. Construction seems solid and the rubber straps are nice and thick but hold well once latched. The mounting hardware seemed on the cheap side but that's easily fixed. Mounted my short shovel to my swing box that holds emergency gear.Used a rubber washer on the back side to help seal off the drilled mounting holes to prevent moisture ingress. These can be mounted to just about any flat surface giving you plenty of options for mounting locations.Time will tell how they perform but they seem solid for the cost. When you travel to remote places emergency gear is a must.

Real strong grip
I bought these along with another attachment to hook my shovels and broom to the back of my semi truck and so far so good. I was a little bit worried about the rubber band part of it deteriorating in the sun outside and I guess only time will tell with that but I needed the rubber band type, not the metal type because I need to be flexible. These ones are easy to mount and have a real tight lock. I would trust latching anything to the outside of my truck and driving down the freeway 80 mph.

Pretty cool little mounts
Utilized these mounts on my roof rack doing some redneck ingenuity. Turned out solid and hold very sturdy with no play or slack in the rubber. If you do plan on using these as a permanent fixture I'd recommend red loctite.
