This product is for temporary relief only. It helps for short time around 2-3 minutes as it will make ur gums numb but its not useful for long treatment. The smell is strong.i think its normal smell for this product ingredients. Delivered on time.

I used it once. It peeled the skin inside of my mouth and burned for several hours. And I am not allergic to clove oil.
