Very helpful with quitting nicotine pouches. As far as a nootropic effect, I'm not so sure. But over the counter nootropics as a whole don't do much anyway. The caffeine works for sure and whatever else is in there seems to maybe have a slight calming effect, which together I think does a decent job of acting like a "diet nicotine." I haven't really been craving nicotine while using these, just the act of putting in a pouch like this that has some kind of focusing effect has been a great replacement so far. Eventually hope to get off these too, quitting caffeine seems even more difficult. But that's a bridge to cross later. It's not a super bright mango flavor like some are used to (like the Rogue kind), it's more of a mellow savory mango/peach flavor. It's not my favorite but it's far from awful imo. Definitely recommend for helping quit nicotine. If you're looking for a nootropic on its own I would not recommend but I don't think that's the purpose of this really.

I wanted to give the Mango flavor a try. I'd been buying the wintergreen, which I enjoyed. The Mango flavor is pretty good. My only complaint is that the pouches are not fully packed with ingredients. I'd say the pouches are about 50% full. So the company needs to address this issue. I'm sure I'm not the only customer complaining about the amount of ingredients. I use this pouch 1-2 times a day at work. I like the affects and will continue buying the Fuel pouches.

Did what was desired. And no nicotine which was nice. The flavor took a little getting used to but overall was fine. Also caffeine didn’t give a crash.

I’m popping 3 of these things at a time and I do not feel any energy at all. I will say that the mango flavor taste great and the pouches are a good size but still no effects from the actual product.
