This one has no taste or odor, but make sure you get the capsules instead of tablets. Capsules do stuck to the container, but a gentle knock will loosen them. Texture is smooth and easy to swallow. I like the quality of this brand and have experienced great health results. My hair grows so fast!

These are my favorite hair, skin and nails vitamins. You do have to take 3 a day, so a bottle lasts a little over a month. I don't think they have a taste. The tablets are kinda big & not chewable. I haven't noticed any stomach upset (and I have digestive issues). I have noticed my nails are stronger and grow quickly, my skin looks great (I use Pond's Skin care products too) . I like the fact there are many different vitamins in these tablets inc. collagen and biotin! These are affordable as well.

I notice that when I take them in a regular basis my hair falls less. I read in the reviews that they have a bad smell. Its really not bad. it smells like vitamin B but its not even that pungent. Really easy to swallow. and very affordable.

My hair is flourishing like it's attending its own growth party, and my nails are like, "Hold my champagne, we're getting longer!" But, of course, life can't be all sunshine and roses – my skin didn't get the memo about these vitamins' miraculous powers. No matter how many supplements and lotions I throw at it, my skin remains stubbornly dry and ashy. Seriously, it's like my skin is in a long-term relationship with its ashy nature, and nothing can break them apart. I've taken a solemn vow to swallow these vitamins religiously, along with a whole squad of multi-vitamins and other supplements, hoping for the holy trinity of hair, nails, and skin benefits. While the hair and nails are enjoying the party, my skin is like the third wheel, feeling left out in the cold. But hey, these vitamins are easy to swallow – a small comfort in the grand scheme of my vitamin routine. So, despite the dry skin debacle, I will give these vitamins another shot – after all, I'm all about giving things a second chance, even if my skin isn't convinced.
