Had the issue of neighbour's + feral/stray cats fouling in the front and back gardens. Leave an awful stench to the point we could not have the back door open during good weather due to the foul smell.Tried lemon oil, citrus peels, gel crystals. They all work but are temporary and over time costly.Plus citrus peels can become part of the soil but not on patio slabs, so they're a mess which could lead to attracting rats.We also had to have the slabs jet washed.Purchased this and it was easy to set up and it does the job.No felines in the garden for the past 3 days.Being solar powered, I haven't got to worry about batteries running out.All in all, a good purchase.You'll most likely have to purchase more than 1 and have them facing in various directions to ensure that the whole garden is covered by the sensors. It will add up cost wise but it's better than spending endless months of gels and sprays.

I actually saw a fox, stopping right in front of the deterant, which was not detering any animal, it stood there looking at it and continued to go to the main part of my garden, where I had 3 more of these detarants, all different makes and none made a difference.In the main part of my garden, the cat actually done its business right in front of this gadget. It was like saying, this is making me do my business easier. They do not work. At the beginning it did but then they got used to them and just ignored. They have now started making nonstop annoying sound but I'm inside so doesn't matter but when I'm outside I have to turn it off. Oh these gadget actually work on my son and his wife. They found it unbearable so have to turn them off. So you can use them on family and some humans 🤔 🙄 😂😂 but don't waste your money. I bought from a nurseries as well, Thomson in Crews Hill which cost a lot and that doesn't work either. So just invite them inMay 2024 update. Never worked and a cat caught a rat in the garden, I saw this through my security cameras. So I've given up. Still a waste of money.

Got fed up with cats doing their business in my garden. Since putting this in I've had no more cat crap, fox crap or any other droppings it does its job and I can't complain.

I was sceptical regarding these products however I was so fed up and frustrated about cleaning cat poo up multiple times a day that I’d give anything a go. I’m so pleased I took the plunge, it’s been over a week with no cat poo- I’m over the moon and couldn’t recommend this product enough. It arrived quickly, sturdy and was ready to use! My only down side is that I can hear it so was a little apprehensive about disturbing my neighbours but so fair no problems.

Initially I was very impressed with this item and it seemed to do a good job. However less than two months in and the sound stopped and the solar panel stopped charging the sealed battery unit. It now needs to be connected to the usb cable for at least 3-4 hours per day and even after that it's never fully charged. No lights and no sound. Please don't waste your money.

I was so excited when my order arrived, cats in our front garden were making so much mess. But not long after using this cats stopped coming. Then sensors stopped working one day, only 6 months after purchase! Way too expensive for something to last only few months

Easy to assemble and, I'm pleased to report, no cats in my garden since installed.

My indoor cat likes sitting in the yard but was being put off by neighourhood cats coming in and using it as a toilet. This has definitely stopped them coming in but it’s very erratic when it wants to work hence my 4 stars.
