So easy to use on my long hair. I have issues with chronic pain and cannot lift my arms very high. On top of this I have naturally curly frizzy hair. This is the easiest curler I have ever used with perfect results every time.I bought it to curl everyone's hair for my daughter's wedding and discovered that those of us with a bit of curl in our hair had amazing results that stay put. My hair can keep a curl for over a week (the curlier the natural hair, the longer the curl will stay), however my daughter's best friend has naturally straight hair and the curl didn't even stay long enough to get to the wedding reception.I find it really easy to use, it leaves me with beautiful silky curls and I can do my whole head in just 10 to 15 minutes.... Today took just 10 minutes.So long as you follow the instructions it is super easy with no hiccups. I have only found problems when I have tried putting too much hair in or haven't held the strand properly for it to be drawn into the curler. It is easy to remove your hair if it does get stuck, just reverse the direction a touch and the hair is released.Would give it 10 stars if possible as I didn't think I'd be able to find a curler that curls very long hair especially with the restrictions I have due to pain.

Not a lot it's in bin

Not as good as my last one ( got it from wowcher) which curled tighter and able to hold thicker sections without snagging but unfortunately the appliance only lasted 6 months. This device creates looser curls and if it feels the sections are too thick, won't turn at all. Also it's fiddly to get it to wrap a decent length of your hair around the barrel. However once curled they do last a day or two.

On first appearance the packaging of this product is very underwhelming and if brought as a gift the recipient probably wouldn’t even know what was in the box!The instructions were also very limited and my girlfriend had to use a lot of trial and error when figuring out how to use the curlers.There are 2 buttons on the curlers, one for a right directional curl and one for a left directional curl but the buttons are so close together that it can be quite tricky to know which one you are pressing during a curling session unless you have a mirror handy.My girlfriend has quite long, thick hair and she found it difficult to get the curls to start at the root of her hair.The curlers heat up really quick and there are no worries of any burn marks as the heated element is not exposed. It took my girlfriend about 15 minutes to curl all her hair.Before achieving that “leave the house” look some practice will definitely be required to get the proper curling technique perfected.Overall my girlfriend was happy with the curlers and they come with a recommendation!

I wouldn't suggest it to someone who doesn't know anything about hair curlers, but I am very familiar with curlers and found it very easy to learn how to use. it takes half the time and held much stronger.

Not really suitable for short hair even though descriptive says it is

Used it so many times, hair got stuck and and tangled. Wanted to use it for my birthday so ordered early but couldn’t even use it . Still there and now it can’t even be returned

Really does work great on my hair.
