I can't speak to durability yet, but the immediate difference in pain relief has made me buy a second set of these already. The little pad that presses on the tendon is set north to south, unlike the east to west type that every other brand I've tried has had. This is genius! You have more of the therapeutic pressure along the tendon itself, where you need it most. This brace also lies flat instead of sticking out, so it doesn't catch on your clothes. The only caveat is this: the excess Velcro is large, scratchy and uncomfortable. The good news is that you can fix this in 30 seconds with a sharp pair of scissors. Get it fitted and wear it for a little bit to make sure you've adjusted it to where you need it. Slide it off, keeping the Velcro closed. Trim all but about 2 inches of the excess Velcro, and round off the edges so it stays well within the border seams of the brace. You'll see what I mean. If you slide it on and off, you won't wear out the Velcro. I've had zero issues since doing that. This brace is also less sweaty than the half dozen other ones I have. The neoprene is soft and feels firm without being restrictive. I was at my wit's end with my tendonitis pain. I'd taken to wearing a brace above my elbow and below! I'm maxed out on OTC NSAIDS and don't want anything stronger, so the pain has been fierce. This brace, with its "other way around" pressure pad, alleviated it within about 2 minutes. I paid full price for both sets of these braces and wasn't compensated in any way. I am just so thankful for the pain relief and restored mobility that I must share this with you all.

Lots of choices out there. I got similar wrist supports, so I decided to try these. Price was certainly very good. They are simple to use and do the job in helping with elbow pain, when I weight lift. I keep mine closed up and just pull them on.

The neoprene material is sturdy and offers the right amount of compression to alleviate discomfort during daily activities and exercise. However, while the support is excellent, the material can feel a bit tight or uncomfortable after wearing them for extended periods. Despite this, they provide effective support and are a solid choice for managing elbow pain.

They work good initially. Comfortable and easy to wear. However the Velcro wears out after about 6 months. I just found out I can still replace/refund them after all this time it looks like.

UPDATE -- loosen or stretch a bit after several hours of wear needs adjustment. very happy with item -otherwise Comfortable fit, applies pressure where needed. Easy to adjust and apply. Got this to replace a different band ( Rakiie Tennis Elbow Brace Pro 2 Pack, Pain Relief for Tennis Elbow & Golfer's Elbow, Tendonitis Elbow Brace Support & Strap for Men & Women) which wouldn't fit smaller arm , difficult to apply - This item much better

I have a chronic problem with a tendon in my right arm moving around when I work out -- particularly when I swim -- which can seriously aggravate swimmer's bicep causing a great deal of pain. I have dozens of different 'tennis elbow' type bands (including this one) but most are rather thick so 1) they stick out under clothing and 2) if swimming, they create an unpleasant drag which almost always causes them to come off periodically during the swim. These are very low profile, do a great job of relieving the 'tennis elbow' pain in my forearm plus they can be tightened enough to stabilize that problem tendon without cutting off circulation. And no drag in the water so I don't even think about it being on until I'm done swimming. They do lose one point, however, because they suffer from the same annoyance that most of these low-end bands do -- and this is a personal pet peeve: when manufactured, they do not cover all the velcro (oops, 'hook-n-loop') with fabric. They leave enough of the plain hook-n-loop showing that it looks unfinished. Worse, when worn under clothing, it tends to snag on the inside of pants/shirts and come undone. Put the fabric covering ALL THE WAY TO THE END, guys.

I just got this product a few days ago and already am feeling relief. I have had forearm pain for about a year. This product is helping to compress the arm so it can heal. I like how I can adjust it anywhere I like on my arm. It’s even able to fit on my upper arm which also hurts. I really appreciate the well made quality and good Velcro. Would highly recommend!

It is a good product, useful for decrease the level of my pain

The strap is wider than other brands out there which is good. Also, the velcro extended up to the foam support so you can tighten it as much as you can for a good pain relief. Supports the elbow well and very easy to use. Very comfortable to wear and relieves pain for the entire usage. My tennis elbow issue gets better and better!

They work fine when I remembered to put them on. LOL

The product fitted well and the quality is good. It really works well for tennis elbow. I don't feel any pain when I wear it. Worked out well to have 2 in the pack - one for work in the garden that can get dirty and the other for "cleaner" occassions. Really glad I purchased them. They arrived quickly, much less expensive than regular store prices and very effctive. Highly recommend thes tennis elbow braces.
