Love this for my dog! I have a golden retriever who is almost 1 and still has some accidents around the house. With this cage, I am able to put him in there while I'm gone and if he does have an accident, it's easy to clean. It is easy to put together too! I love the opening on the top too. He fits perfectly and is still able to lay down.

My Rottweiler loves his cage, he has his bed in there and will take naps comfortably. Spacious enough for him to sit up or move around. An easy self assembly, but I do recommend a second person to help, if possible. Keep the bottom gate closed, my Rott has escaped through there.

Luxury pet accommodations. Larger than my first apartment in Atlanta LOL Seriously though this is sturdy and functional. Worth the money.

Bought this kennel because the traditional wire kennel turned out to be dangerous. My dogs bottom eyelid got hooked in one of the hooks on the old kennel and cost me $1500 to get surgery to repair his punctured third eyelid. So I needed to find a new kennel to fit this monster of a dog. I got this one to try and turns out it’s great. It only came with one broken weld. But it fits his giant self comfortably. I love the opening at the top so he can look around and not feel caged in if I didn’t want to deal with him knocking things over. But yea…I would say this is worth a purchase. It was easy to assemble. But the only only thing I would suggest for the manufacturing people, is the brackets that “hold” the tray into the bottom, make them longer. They don’t do anything besides a safety hazard for wrinkly dogs.

I have a 95lb Catahoula with separation anxiety. First day in this crate he absolutely demolished the tray. There’s nothing under the tray for bars or anything it’s just entirely open on the floor so he was just walking around the house still in his crate. The latch security is minimal at best I had to put a pretty beefy carabiner on the bottom door because he kept getting out of it, granted he’s a very determined boy. There is not a latch for the bottom half of the door that holds it shut where the little door is so it wasn’t great for keeping him enclosed. The two top latches have to be positioned right up against the latch loop or even the slightest shake will cause them to easily pop out and your dog will be loose. The size of the crate is great for a large breed. Plenty of room for him to sit, lay, stand. Assembly was simple enough. To transport this crate you need a truck and it’s kind of a pain. Ease of transport I would say is minimal. It’s not light and moving it in and out of the house or rooms is a task. Overall quality of the bars seems decent, he destroys regular wire crates and this one has held up. If it had better quality latches on the door I would give it 4 stars.

I am impressed by the quality of this product. I was worried my little pitty might chew through the fence like she has others I have purchased but so far so good. She is an escape artist but this thing is built well. I am also pleased with the size. She comes up to my knees and I am 5’4 and this is large enough to fit her blankets and food/water. I am very happy with this product and my pitty likes it too. She is my chicken killer so I have to keep her locked up when I am gone and this is the only thing that will do. She has even chewed through a bedroom door. I recommend this product! Update. I still like it but she did chew the bars on it. There are some dogs that just cannot be contained like that.

I would not classify it as “heavy duty”. Latches feel thin and flimsy. It does need a 3rd latch for the main door at the bottom as there is wiggle there if a dog pushes at it. Easy to put together. We will see how it holds up to my girl who has broken many a wire crate in her 2 years.

Heavy duty kennel that looks good, works well. A good choice for your pet.

It arrived early and in good condition. Other reviewers mentioned that some holes hadn't been drilled all the way through and I believed that was the problem with mine too. Then I finally took a closer look and these four pegs were protected by small plastic caps. It would have helped had the assembly diagram included this info. Once I figured that out, it went together easily. It's sturdy. And heavy. Make sure you assemble it in the room you intend to place it in. I have a small bed cushion, two dishes and a regular sized pee pad in it with room to spare. I get my dog in two weeks. I'm ready!!
