I love that this allows you to hold the insulin vial and syringe steady with one hand, leaving your other hand to operate the plunger on the syringe! It also stores your vial, protecting it from damage. I've only had it for two weeks, but so far it is working perfectly. The plastic hinge is a little flimsy, so we'll see how it holds up.

This is the perfect accessory to keep insulin vials safe in between uses and helps to securely transfer from vial to pod. My daughter likes the way it helps her hold the vial when pulling insulin and helping to guide the parts. The only tricky part is getting a vial out to replace, but not enough of a problem to drop my rating

This is great for people with shaky hands or arthritis. I read the reviews and some warned that the thing is cheap plastic and possibly the hinges could eventually break with wear and tear. I was desperate to find something to help handle the vial and syringe—I am not using it for travel only at home, so I figure to not close it to save any pressure on the hinges. For my needs, which is to help handle the vial while maneuvering the syringe, it is a perfect assist. I gave it a 4 star rating b/c it is a bit pricey.

I can't describe how poorly, how cheaply, this is made. The plastic hinge holding the 2 parts together is a total joke, there is no way it could last. Is this a joke? Shame on Amazon for allowing this to be sold.

Great item. Works so easily. My dad has limited hand strength so this works perfectly for him when he needs to refill his pod.

Even as a beginner, I found this to bit a bit too fiddly + flimsy to really help me fill a syringe properly. It's a nice idea but I didn't find it to be truly helpful or useful. I finally just practiced doing it myself without this + managed to get it done. Some people may find this product helpful but I didn't. I think practice is all you can really do to get this skill.

Great Product and so much easier to use - expensive for what it is - but well worth it

This product is fantastic. Great quality, strong plastic. Perfect addition to our T1D go kit! Because of the design, I can more easily draw insulin and avoid filling the syringe with tiny air bubbles. I also like that I can store my insulin vial inside the device and carry it in my diabetic bag as always. Very helpful, exactly what I needed and as described by the seller. Thank you so much! Helps a lot when filling pods

I have severe arthritis and am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump. My new pump requires me to withdraw insulin from a vial and it is very unstable to hold with severe arthritic hands. This gadget solves all those problems and I am so glad someone made this product. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you!

Our one issue when changing the pods on my child was pulling insluin from the vial steadly while holding both items and trying not to get bubbles. This solved the problem. It holds the vial and syringe steady and makes the process easier.
