works great and gives me pain relief that lasts a long time. smell is not too bad and does go away. The size of the bottle is fantastic making it a great value. definitely recommend this product

It provides relief for joint aches. I like the texture and ease of use. The cooling sensation lasts way longer than Biofreeze, though. I find that it will probably provide more benefits in the summer time than during the winter. In the cold months, I found that the cooling sensation kept me unable to settle down to sleep because my feet and joints were freezing for such a long period of time. So, I do recommend Stop Pain for immediate injuries or to provide joint relief during the warm months of the year because it is a great product. For the cold months and when getting ready for bed, I will continue to use Biofreeze or Lidocaine 5% cream.

Love this stuff. I use it very frequently on my back for cramping. Also use it on my joints. Works good for pain relief.

Bought for my Aunt's arthritis. She was using Flex-All 454, but it was taken off the market. This is very similar.
