Every morning in my routine I get myself a cup of coffee and enjoy the beginning of day. Last time I had a coffee machine was 7 years ago, this purchase has definitely been a great choice. The set come with starter pack of coffee pods also you can claim from Nespresso website 100 pods and 2 cups plus some vouchers. This is great option just to start with, on the website you can find selection of specialty coffees, espresso and ice coffee.The machine itself has very smart and sleek design, I love it comes in black colour also it’s not overly big either heavy. Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Once you read instructions it’s very clear how to clean also use it. My favourite feature is 3 different milk function cappuccino, late macchiato and milk foam . I don’t drink black coffee only latte and this is definitely something I been looking for in this purchase. My friends and family love black coffee and they rate it 5. Milk foam option is amazing for hot chocolate lovers. Overall experience is great definitely recommend it also coffee doesn’t have to be boring anymore with big selection of different taste varieties you can easily purchase.

Went from a safe bean to cup to this due to the hassle of a bean to cup. This doesn't give you as much as a nice coffee and is less adjustable but it's easy to use and the different choices of pods means we won't get bored of the flavour profiles on offer.

I've always somewhat wanted an all-in-one machine that could make me a latte, which is my usual coffee-based drink of choice. However, I never knew how you could keep fresh milk connected to the machine. Little did I know, this Lattissima makes it so easy by letting you simply remove the milk frothing part to keep in the fridge. A very simple idea once you know it, but nonetheless, one that makes all the difference! With this machine, I could singlehandedly replace my Vertuo Next and a separate milk frother I had. I think Lattissima takes up less space in total. I had to familiarise myself with the machine from initial set up, which involved testing the water hardness, especially since it came with additional buttons. Another difference from normal Vertuo is that I needed to familiarise myself with the new cup sizes depending on the capsules. A cup of latte using the 80ml capsule would amount to a whopping 590ml! Once you get going, and if you're already familiar with the Vertuo machine, it's very simple to use. You just need to remember to point the nozzle into the cup and also turn the dial on the milk piece. It is still essentially a one button system. I found it to use more milk than I would normally have used with a separate frother, however, found it to result in richer flavour. I also very much liked the rinse programme for the milk nozzle, which means it can be done at the end of each use and I don't need to worry about there being any milk left in the system to go off. All in all, a great replacement for my previous composition for morning latte that is compact and efficient. Just need bigger cups for my increased latte consumption!

Very impressed with this machine so far. Very easy to use, open, pop in pod, close, lock and press go button and lo and behold a cup of whatever size you chose of very nice coffee. Without very much noise too. We replaced a bean to cup machine, which made excellent coffee, but everyone was throughly fed up with the noise it made in doing so, in comparison this machine is virtually silent. Well made and comes with a milk attachment that should allow for lattes and cappuccino's. I say should but, the manual is rubbish, mostly pictures which make it difficult to work out the button order among other ,things, so I haven't actully managed a latte yet.

We love this Nespresso machine. It makes lovely coffee, its easy to use and clean. The hot milk is lovely and frothy and the canister is easy to clean using the rinse cycle after each use. Any unused milk left can go in the fridge in the detachable canister. The only comment would be it is slightly noisy but then it only takes a minute to make the coffee so not a problem for us. It is a shame Nespresso don't allow supermarkets to sell the Vertuo pods.

Love this machine. So simple to use. I had bought it mistakenly to use with some original coffee pods, then realised I couldn't, was going to return it, but thought the reviews are all good, so I'll just keep it. Glad I did. It makes great coffee. I got it in the Amazon sale and so paid significantly less for it than when it's at full price. But even at full price it's a great buy! I have come to really enjoy my coffees now, there are a great selection of flavours and types of coffees from the Nespresso Vertuo range and so no regrets! No issues with performance, leaks, errors or malfunctions yet...but it's still very early days :)

Would not buy this again . It’s very slow . Coffee pods are expensive and can’t easily get the right size to fit . Had another espresso before for years which was much better than this one . Using it but it quite frustrating .

Box seemed opened & then closed with tape & it wasn’t repacked neatly. In addition, outer box was damaged from sides & internal box also little damaged & little torn. One can easily see it was re-taped badly & unprofessionally. Inside product seems OK but WELCOME SET of 12 capsules that was supposed to be included is missing? So now I can’t even test the machine for coffee, I am really disappointed & frustrated as was expecting a better customer experience & satisfaction and was waiting for it to come so make a first coffee for wife. Now not even sure if it’s old or new, working or not working. Not a pleasant experience after waiting for this to be arrived 😢
