The glasses themselves are of a good quality. They have a nice weight and are clear. There is an elegance in the simplicity. Regarding the "Grand Canyon" feature. It's not quite as sharp as it is in the pictures. It does resemble a canyon, but not sure it looks like the Grand Canyon. That said, it is still an interesting feature. Additionally, it does chill the liquid nicely if the glass has been in the freezer. Having "Grand Canyon" and the elevation etched on it does not really add anything in my opinion. As another review said, id does make it feel a bit like a souvenir. Not terribly noticeable though. I am happy with the purchase. The glass itself seems to be of good quality, though simple in design. The canyon feature, whether it actually looks like the Grand Canyon or not, is interesting and adds something to an otherwise simple glass.

Quality glasses with lifetime guaranteed! They make a perfect gift for person with everything. No ice needed to keep drink cold storage in freezer makes them ready when you are. Size is perfect they do weight a 1 lb a piece! The mountain shapes are beautifully done! Fit in your hand very comfortably and a great value for the money as my son paid double in a store near us. Amazon was half the price for exactly same item! Highly recommended I have now purchased 3 for gifts!

Heavy, nicely made, the theme is nice, the freeze option is nice for those who like cold drinks, I drink a room temp but appreciate the genre anyway.

These glasses are beautiful and perfect for whiskey of your choice. Be aware they are very heavy for a glass. My only problem is they don’t cool as well as they say. You still may need ice. Cheers.

Beautiful glasses! Sturdy crystal glass. Very unique presentation. A perfect gift for the person in your life who appreciates the Grand Canyon and enjoys a nice whiskey. Highly recommend as a special gift. Reasonably priced for such a beautiful, high quality glass.

Customer Service - I ordered these for my brother's birthday; however, there was a slight incident with the order. I was able to contact support and Christina had the issue resolved within 4 days. They are located in Canada and I am along the east coast. I sent an email got a response back within 24 hours. Day 2 the shipping information that I provided was not enough. Day 3 and 4 were shipping. I fully believe that this would have been resolved sooner had I given the correct information to begin with and been closer to the business. This is the level of customer service that you wish every company had. Quality - These glasses look EXACTLY like the pictures. Although I did not realize until I received them they have the names lightly engraved on them as well as the height of the mountain in meters and feet which I thought was a really cool feature. Obviously the edges of the mountains cant be sharp however I think that they got the topography of the mountains down. The rounded mountains also makes for easy cleaning of the glasses. I have not put them in the dishwasher so no comments there. From what I remember after freezing them they stay cool for about 30 minutes and adding chilled beverage in them makes it a wonderful glass to drink out of. I will absolutely be buying more of these for myself as well as gifting them. They are solid durable glasses and bottom heavy. I have not tested their durability on a drop test however should that test occur I will give an update. Size - There is a little nook on the bottom of the glasses that personally I like. If you were curious the larger mountains being elevated do make it so that you can not add large frozen ice cube balls or squares without them sticking over the edge of the glass. These glasses are not made for large ice cubes, so remember to freeze your glasses. If you do not remember there are solutions. Solution 1.) LIITON also has options for valleys. I have not purchased any yet but I would guess you might be able to slip a large ice cube in there if you would like. Solution 2.) You can add whiskey stones and they will sit at the base of the mountain and cool your beverage. Solution 3.) Chill your beverage and glass prior to use. Solution 4.) Do not forget to chill your glasses.

They are beautiful with a nice weight . I gave a set to my husband for Christmas and he really loved them.
